LONDON, 28 December 2018: Arix Bioscience plc (LSE:ARIX) ("Arix"), a global healthcare and life science company supporting medical innovation, today notes that its portfolio company Harpoon Therapeutics, Inc. (“Harpoon”) has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed underwritten initial public offering in the United States of shares of Harpoon’s common stock.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
