Intellego Holdings PLC29 June 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 29 June 2005 Intellego Holdings PLC SAP Training Partnership ("Intellego" or "the Company")(Tic:IHP) •Exclusive agreement to supply SAP training software in the UK Intellego today announces its entry into the SAP training market in the UKhaving signed a partnership agreement with the German based Team Training NetGmbH (TTN). The Company also confirms that progress continues to be made in relation to the acquisition of a complementary service-based business andexpects to make an announcement shortly. At the core of today's partnership with the Berlin based SAP training solutionsprovider is an agreement that grants Intellego exclusive distribution rights inthe United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland to TTN's business systems trainingand process documentation authoring software for two years effective 1st July2005. Commenting today Edward Arnett, Chief Executive, of Intellego Holdings said: "Today's development gives Intellego entry into the SAP training market, whichwe stated, when we released our most recent results on 2 June 2005, is a keymarket for us to target. TTN's clients using "Team Trainer" software include; BASF, Bayer, BMW, Bosch,Credit Suisse, Deutsche Post, Hugo Boss, INA-Schaeffler, Linde ,Nestle,Novartis, Renault Bank, SAP, Siemens, Volkswagen and more. For the SAP market in the UK and Ireland, Intellego will focus on the marketingand selling of licences for "Team Trainer" software. In addition to thisIntellego will have the opportunity to sell complimentary TTN tools such as;TTN's "Business Descriptor" to manage client and project documentation and "SAPOnline Help Connector" to provide context sensitive help to users in SAP. Toensure that Intellego's customers can maximise their return on investment fromthe TTN software solutions the following services will be provided: • Author training for the Team Trainer Software products • Installation and modification of the software tool templates to reflect the clients corporate design • Project management for the development of web-based training sessions and user documentation • Telephone-based and on-site support for client authors using Team Trainer.
