Results of voting at the 2011 Arena Leisure Plc Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Arena Leisure Plc was held on 6 May 2011.
All resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.
In accordance with Arena's obligations under Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.2, a copy of the resolution passed as special business at the AGM will be forwarded to the FSA.
The document will shortly be available for viewing at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
