Arden's issued ordinary share capital comprises 26,835,718 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), of which 2,372,768 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 24,462,950 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
The above figure (24,462,950 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
