Director's Declaration

Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), Arden announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

John Grahame Whateley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that Blantyre Macclesfield Limited, a company of which he is a director, was placed into administration on 6 December 2010.
