AGM statement
Trading for the first five months of the year has been satisfactory and whilst there is currently a good corporate finance pipeline its delivery will be dependent on market conditions. At the current time the Directors are confident of meeting market expectations.
The Directors are pleased to announce further senior hires in line with its strategy to offer a continuing high quality service to clients whilst growing the business profitably. The appointment of John Goold, who has returned to Arden as Head of Equity Sales, has further strengthened relationships with both institutional and corporate clients. Jim Reed-Daunter is now working on the development of our Indian business alongside Jonathan Keeling.
The Balance Sheet remains strong and tight control of overheads should enable the Company to pursue further growth opportunities.
