AGM Statement
Arden Partners plc (LSE:ARDN) - Peter Moon, Non-Executive Chairman of Arden will deliver the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting which is being held at 11 am today, March 20th, 2014.
Trading for the first 4 months of our financial year has been satisfactory.
Since the turn of the year we have strengthened the Arden team by recruiting into core areas of the business, in line with our strategy to offer a continuing high quality service to clients and we seek a number of further selective hires into other key strategic roles.
We have an encouraging pipeline of corporate finance work which, subject to market conditions, we hope to deliver in the second half.
The Balance Sheet remains strong, which, alongside our continued tight control of overheads, should enable the Company to pursue further growth opportunities.
