Arden has today made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 1,727,644 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM under a block admission.
Such Ordinary Shares may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company under the Arden Partners share option Plan 2007 and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 11 July 2011.
