Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the exchange services group, has been notified that Alasdair Haynes, CEO of the Company, sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 June 2020 at a price of Β£3.40 per Ordinary Share. Following this, Alasdair Haynes now holds 1,491,551 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 5.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
