Grant of awards under the Company's Sharesave Schemes
Â
On 29 September 2023 Aptitude Software Group plc granted 6,424 awards in the form of options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"). Awards were also granted to other employees of the Company under the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 and the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 (together the "Sharesave Schemes").

The options granted under the Sharesave Schemes are subject to three year savings contracts. In accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Schemes, the option price for the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the issue of the invitation on 4 September 2023, and the option price for the International Sharesave Plan 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the date of grant.

Including the PDMRs referred to above, a total of 162 employees participated in the Company's 2023 Sharesave Scheme invitation, with a total of 829,696 Sharesave Scheme awards being granted on 29 September 2023.
