Change of Chief Operations Officer

The Board of APR Energy plc (LSE:APR), a global leader in fast-track power solutions, today announces that Brian Rich, Chief Operations Officer, has decided to step down from his role for personal reasons and to leave the Company with effect from 15 June 2015.

John Campion, Executive Chairman of APR Energy, said: "We appreciate all of Brian's hard work with the Company and we wish him the best."

Laurence Anderson, CEO of APR Energy, added: "I appreciate all of Brian's efforts and the commitment that he gave to the role. Brian will be missed, but we have a strong capable team that is able to deliver on the contracts that we have and the new opportunities we are pursuing."

The Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing rules.
