Change to Board roles
The Company also announces that, with immediate effect, Bart Turtelboom will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Wayne Bulpitt will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman. For the avoidance of doubt there are no new Board appointments or resignations as a result of these changes.
