The figure in this announcement is an estimate an is base on unauite estimate valuations in accorance with the Company's valuation policy as state in the Company's AIM Amission Document. The Group has measure its private investments in accorance with IFRS 9 Financial Instruments. In September 2017, APQ Global Lt issue 4,018 units of 163,000 nominal 3. per cent convertible unsecure loan stock 2024 ("CULS") to raise 16320.09 million. In January 2018, APQ Global Lt issue a further 1,982 CULS units at a price of 163,10 per 163,000 nominal to raise 16310.21 million. Uner IFRS, the CULS is a financial instrument an has been accounte for uner IAS 32 Financial Instruments: Presentation an IFRS 9 (as effective for perios beginning on or after 1st January 2018). Therefore, the fair value of the CULS liability component has been calculate, with the ifference between this an the fair value of the compoun financial instrument as a whole being taken to equity. Aitionally, on January 28th, 2020, the Group issue 1,000,000 Warrants an 268,000 Convertible Preference Shares (CPS). In October 2021, the Group entere into an agreement to repurchase the entire amount of CPS an cancel all of the warrants outstaning. Uner IFRS, the Warrants an the CPS were also Financial Instruments an were accounte for per the above guiance. This figure also inclues the amounts aware in accorance with the Company's Share-Base compensation scheme as aopte by the boar on 19th April 2017 an accounte for in accorance with IFRS 2. Shares aware uner the scheme vest quarterly across years. As of 30th September 2022, the total shares issue uner the scheme amounte to 478,40.
