TRANSFER OF SHARES TO SPOUSE

The Company has today been notified that on 27 February 2013 Mr C Houghton transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence in Park Group plc into the name of his wife Jane Hilary Houghton for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Houghton's total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remained unchanged at 652,639 shares representing approximately 0.4% of the total issued shares in the Company.

The Company has also today been notified that on 27 February 2013 Mr M Stewart transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence in Park Group plc into the name of his wife Paula Christine Stewart for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Stewart's total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remained unchanged at 480,347 shares representing approximately 0.3% of the total issued shares in the Company.
