Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading multi-retailer, multi-channel gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, today announces that founder and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, Mr. Peter Johnson, has indicated his intention to retire from the Board on 3 June 2016.

Park has begun the process of identifying a successor, and will update the market as soon as is appropriate. As announced on the 22 December 2015, Mr. Johnson no longer holds any ordinary shares in the Company.

Mr. Johnson established Park Group in 1966 as a Christmas hampers supplier and led the Company in its growth and evolution, through its stock market listing in 1983 and its transfer to AIM in October 2007. He has served as Non-Executive Chairman since March 2012.
