African Platinum Plc21 October 2005 African Platinum plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the LondonStock Exchange ("AIM") for the admission to trading of 6,000,000 ordinary sharesof 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will rankpari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issued asthe result of the exercise of 6,000,000 options under the share option schemeadopted by the Company on 16 May 2002. Following the exercise of these optionsthe issued share capital of the Company will be 417,522,257 Ordinary Shares.
