These Ordinary Shares willrank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issuedas the result of the exercise of 5,380,473 warrants pursuant to a warrantinstrument executed by the Company on 16 May 2002. Following the exercise ofthese warrants the issued share capital of the Company will be 435,027,416Ordinary Shares.
