Appian Technology plc ('Appian' or 'the Company')

Statement re Suspension

The Company announces that it has requested that trading in its shares on AIM be suspended with immediate effect pending clarification of the Company's financial position. 

The Company is at present seeking to undertake a fundraising to strengthen its balance sheet and provide working capital for the Company.
