Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited: Dividend Declaration - Correction

This announcement relates to the Dividend Declaration detailed within the Half-Year Report announcement released to the market at 7.00am on 9 December 2016 correcting an error relating to the record date. The correct record date relating to the Dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2016 is 24 February 2017, not 23 February 2017 as previously stated. All other details remain as previously stated.
