The Company has received Conversion Notices in respect of the October 2009
Conversion Calculation Date as follows:
From holders owning 76,500 Sterling Shares, these holders have elected to switch into U.S Dollar Shares.
From holders owning 321,790 U.S. Dollar Shares, these holders have elected to switch into Sterling Shares.
Shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders for whom Conversion Notices
have been received will be credited with new Shares on or around 25 November 2009.
