Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited: Redemption Date
This announcement relates to the First Expected Compulsory Redemption as detailed in the Circular of 1 February 2018. As detailed in the Company's announcement, dated 27 February 2018, it is expected that the Redemption Date for the First Compulsory Redemption will be on 6 April 2018 as opposed to 3 April 2018 as stated in the Circular. Accordingly, it is expected that the Redemption Record Date for the First Expected Compulsory Redemption will be 5 April 2018.
The expected timetable of events for the First Expected Compulsory Redemption is now as follows:
