Notice of General Meeting

Advanced Power Components plc (AIM: APC) announces that it yesterday posted to shareholders a circular containing a Notice of General Meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 21 June 2013 at the offices of Northland Capital Partners Limited, 60 Gresham Street London, EC2V 7BB, together with a form of proxy. The circular, containing the Notice of General Meeting, is available from the Company's website at http://www.apc-plc.co.uk/investors/apc-documents-and-circulars/.

As previously announced on 23 May 2013, a General Meeting is being held to seek shareholder approval to approve the allotment of the Consideration Shares to the Vendors of Minimise and to renew the Board's general authorities to allot shares and to disapply statutory pre-emption rights.

Capitalised terms in this announcement carry the same meaning as those ascribed to them in the announcement of 23 May 2013, unless the context requires otherwise.

In addition, the Company announces, as previously indicated following the Annual General Meeting, that Mr. Will David has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Will initially became a director in August 2007 and served as chairman from February 2009 to January 2013. During this time Will has helped guide the Group through a period of significant change and development.
