Grant of Options
The Company announces that, further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 March 2011, Mr Rob Smith, Finance Director, has today been granted options over a further 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company, as part of the terms of his employment. These options were granted to Mr Smith under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme.
The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 14.5p per ordinary share, being the closing share price as at 20 May 2011, the latest practicable date prior to the date of grant.
As previously disclosed, Mr Smith holds 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company in addition to the 500,000 options over ordinary shares following this grant.
