Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 25 January 2013, Mr Leonard Seelig, Chairman of the Company, was granted options over 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Options").
The Options, which are subject to certain performance targets, are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at 24.75p, being the prevailing share price as at the date of their grant.
Mr Seelig holds no other disclosable interest in the Company.
