Result of General Meeting of Loan Note Holders
The Company announced on the 2 December 2015 that it had received sufficient irrevocable commitments to pass the resolution at today's general meeting for Loan Note holders. The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution has been passed.
Application has been made for 724,917 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on 22 December 2015. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 5,557,695. Accordingly, the figure of 5,557,695 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
