Board Change

AorTech International plc (AIM: AOR), the biomaterials and medical device IP company, announces that Roy Mitchell who joined the Board in May 2013 will resign from the Board with effect from 1 June 2015 to pursue a number of private projects. The Board wishes to thank Roy for his major contribution over the past two years and wish him well in his future activities.
