The Company announces that it has today sent to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held 39 Market Street, Suite 3205, Gardenia Court, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, KY1-9003, Cayman Islands at 9.30 a.m. (Cayman Islands Time) / 3.30 p.m. (British Summer Time) on Thursday 29 June 2023.
