Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that, as at 30 September 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 580,017,714 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in AO World PLC as at 30 September 2025 is 580,017,714 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
