Additional Listing Application

AO World PLC announces that an application has been made for 1,733,027 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the rules of the AO 2018 Incentive Plan (FY21 grant and certain early settlements of FY22 and FY23 grants).

It is expected that admission will become effective on 8 July 2024. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 580,303,475 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, following Admission, this figure of 580,303,475 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
