Anpario announces that it was notified on 4 June 2021 by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that on 4 June 2021 The Peter Lawrence And Family Charitable Trust sold 11,450 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 610p each. Following the disposal, Peter Lawrence and his family have no remaining interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
