Anpario announces that it was notified today by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that on the 19th and 20th September he purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 378.73p each. Following the purchase, Peter Lawrence has a beneficial interest in 63,350 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.3% of the Company.
