Director/PDMR Shareholding

Marc Wilson, Group Finance Director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 418.45p each on 30 September 2022. Following the acquisition, Marc Wilson has an ultimate beneficial interest of 11,676 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Matthew Robinson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,775 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 420p each on 30 September 2022. Following the acquisition, Matthew Robinson has an ultimate beneficial interest of 8,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
