Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that James Lambert ('Mr Lambert'), Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 62,045 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 75.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Lambert is now interested in 1,020,418 Ordinary Shares representing 5.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
