Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 13 November 2008, Geoffrey Clifford Rhodes ("Mr Rhodes"), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Rhodes has a notifiable interest 698,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.53% of the issued share capital of the Company, including 114,500 Ordinary Shares which are held in trust for which certain adult members of Mr Rhodes family (but not Mr Rhodes) have a beneficial interest.
