Director Shareholding

Animalcare Group plc (the "Company")

The Company was notified today that Stephen Hall, a Director of the Company, has today transferred 58,229 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Patricia Hall.

As a result of this transaction, Stephen Hall is now interested in 93,551 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
