Mr. Tobin (aged 54), a Chartered Accountant, was Finance Director of Batleys plc("Batleys"), the cash and carry wholesalers, for 14 years, leaving the companyin 2006 following its acquisition by Bestways Holdings. Latterly he has workedas an independent financial and commercial consultant. John's financial skills and his experience of large scale distribution andmanufacturing represent an excellent fit with our requirements. I am verypleased to welcome John to the board and look forward to his contribution to thedevelopment of Animalcare Group. Mr. Tobin currently holds no company directorships. In the previous five yearshe has been a director of Batleys plc, Batleys Limited, Batleys PropertiesLimited and Batleys Pet Products Limited.
