Director Dealing / Additional Listing
On 17 November 2014, the Company issued and allotted 4,432 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') to various employees under the Animalcare Group Savings Related Share Option (SAYE) scheme. All options were exercised at a price of 134 pence per share.
Included in the exercise were 3,358 shares that were allotted to Iain Menneer, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, following this exercise he now holds 17,739 'Ordinary Shares' representing 0.08%
Application will be made for the admission of the 4,432 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 25 November 2014.
Subsequent to admission there will be 20,964,636 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
