Following option exercises under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme by various employees at a price of 102.8 pence per share, 72,474 new ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued.
Included in the exercise were 4,377 shares that were allotted to Iain Menneer, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and 8,754 shares that were allotted to Chris Brewster, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Following this exercise Dr Menneer now holds 22,116 'Ordinary Shares' representing 0.1% and Mr Brewster now holds 12,833 'Ordinary Shares' representing 0.06%.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 72,474 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 22 July 2016.
Subsequent to admission there will be 21,132,110 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
