Exercise of Options / Additional Listing
On 31 May 2016, the Company allotted 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') to an employee following the exercise of options held under the Company's EMI Scheme.
Application has been made for the admission of the 5,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 6 June 2016. The Ordinary Shares will be issued following admission.
Subsequent to admission there will be 21,059,636 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
