Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, was notified today that Keith Todd, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, today transferred 61,700 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") out of his wife's direct personal holding to his own self-invested personal pension (the "Transfer") at a price of 162 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Transfer, Keith Todd's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 381,983 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the Company's total voting rights.
