Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution is pleased to announce the forthcoming appointment of Mark Carlisle as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mark will join Amino on 22 August 2016. Until this time Julian Sanders will continue as Interim CFO.

Mark has significant experience in the leadership of public company finance teams, having served over the past six years in senior finance roles at three publicly listed, international technology companies. In addition, Mark has ten years of audit experience, gained within the Technology Media and Telecommunications practice of Deloitte, where he served from 2000 to 2010, rising to become Senior Manager - TMT Audit.

Mark will join Amino from Crossrider plc, where he is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. In that role, which he has held since August 2014, Mark formed a key part of the team which successfully raised $75 million as part of its IPO on AIM in September 2014. Prior to this, from April 2011 until August 2014, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer of FFastFill plc, a provider of Software-as-a-Service technology solutions to the financial derivatives trading industry. During a period in which FFastFill grew significantly, both organically and by acquisition, Mark was responsible for all aspects of FFastFill's financial reporting, as well as the diligence work associated with FFastFill's sale in 2013 to ION Group for £106 million. Mark's first public company finance role commenced in March 2010, when he became Group Financial Controller at Kewill Group plc. In this role, which he held until April 2011, Mark led numerous financial reporting workstreams, including various M&A execution and financing projects.
