Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that William (Bill) Tame has been determined by the Board to be an independent non-executive director. He will continue as a member of the Nomination Committee and will join the Remuneration and Audit and Risk Committees with immediate effect.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to disclose pursuant to LR 9.6.11.
