Additional Listing on Exercise of Share Options and vesting of conditional shares

African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI) announces that 174,584 new common shares of US$0.01 each have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options and vesting of conditional share awards.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading and these will rank pari passu with the Company's existing common shares. Admission of these shares to AIM is expected on or about 7 February 2014.

After issuing these shares, the Company will have 331,917,114 common shares in issue.
