Atlas Metals (LON: AMG), the natural resources and energy company announces that application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for the admission of 648,497 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

Admission relates to the allotment of 648,497 new Ordinary Shares ("New Shares") to be issued to a third party in full and final settlement of a contractual claim against the Company, calculated by reference to the average prevailing 5-day volume-weighted average price of Ordinary Shares for the period ending 23 March 2026, being 7.71 pence.

Admission of the New Shares is expected to occur on 1 April 2026. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 39,181,427 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 39,181,427. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
