Amerisur Resources Plc ("Amerisur" or the "Company")

 

Interim Accounts - Correction

 

 

Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, notes that there was an error in the figure disclosed for fully diluted earnings per share ("EPS") in note 4 of the Unaudited Interim Accounts for the six months to 30th June 2013. The accounts published on 26 September stated that fully diluted EPS stood at 1.33 pence per share. The correct figure is 1.80 pence per share which has now been corrected and an updated version of the Interim Accounts can now be found on the Company's website (www.amerisurresources.com).
