("Amedeo" or the "Company")

 

Result of General Meeting

Amedeo announces that, at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were passed, including the resolution to cancel the admission of the Ordinary Shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM.

As previously announced, the last day of trading of the Ordinary Shares will be 28 December 2018 and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take place with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 31 December 2018.
