Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that it was notified today that La Tourelle Consulting Limited, a consultancy firm which is beneficially owned by the spouse
of Mr Adam Habib, President of the Company, sold 24,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.25 pence per share on 30 October 2020.
Following this transaction, Adam Habib will have a beneficial interest in 4,876,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of the Company's outstanding issued ordinary share capital.
