Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM: AMC) is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. (GMT) on Friday 13 December 2019 at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, UK.

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to Shareholders today. Details of the resolutions for consideration can be downloaded from the Company's website, www.amurminerals.com.
