CFO change
Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM: AMC), a nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration development and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that Mr. Paul McKay, non-board Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving Amur on 31 December 2020. The Company has appointed Heytesbury Corporate LLP ("Heytesbury"), an independent financial consulting and corporate management firm which acts in a similar capacity for a number of AIM quoted companies within the mining sector, to provide company secretarial and accounting services. Mr Paul McKay has been working with Heytesbury during a handover period.
