Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR), the natural resources investment banking group, was informed on the 23 June 2009 of the purchase of 10,922 ordinary shares at 29.5p in the Company by Mr Lawrence Banks, the Chairman of Ambrian Capital, on 23 June 2009.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Banks's beneficial holding in the Company increases to 630,837 Ordinary Shares.
